Rates

Daily Rates:

30 amps: $59 + $4.72 tax = $63.72

50 amps: $64 + $5.12 tax = $69.12

XL70: $66 + $5.28 tax = $71.28

Weekly Rates:

30 amps: $350 + $28 tax = $378

50 amps: $388 + $31 tax = $419

Monthly Rates:

Summer rate: $1250 (May 1st – August 31st)

Winter rate: $800 (September 1st – April 30th)

Rate includes: 1 RV, 1 tow vehicle, 2 adults and 2 children under 12 yrs.
Extra vehicle/person: $5.00 a day.

All full hook-ups: 29 pull-throughs and 8 back-ins.

Check-in time is 1:00 pm. (Please plan arrival time accordingly.

Check-out time is 11:00 am. (Late check-out – $5.00 for every 30 minutes past 11:00 am.)

Tent camping: showers, restrooms and laundry.
Tent rate: 27.78 + $2.22 tax = $30

Dry Storage: Open storage parking

Daily – $5.00

Weekly – $25.00

Monthly – $75.00

Charging Electrical Vehicles (EV): If you intend to charge your EV, please notify the front office and pay a $25.00 charging fee.

RESERVATIONS:

Phone Call Reservations – 406-676-2267.
Phone Reservations will be accepted 7 days a week from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Mountain Time.
After hours please leave a message with a phone number and I will get back to you within 24 hours or less.
Email requests will also be answered or called back with in a 24 hour period.
To guarantee your reservation a valid credit card will be charged a deposit.
The amounts are as follows:

– Reservations for 6 nights or less will be charged at least 1 nights stay deposit.

– Reservations for 7 nights or more will be charged a deposit of 25% of the total stay.

You’ll receive a confirmation email from us once you complete your reservation.
Reservations are recommended especially June thru Labor Day week-end.
We accept cash or credit cards only (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express).
All accommodations less than 30 consecutive days are subject to the Montana sales/use tax.
We cannot always guarantee individual sites. We will try our best to accommodate our customers, but we do reserve the right to change sites at any time without notice.
All RVs must be in very good condition. (Subject to visual inspection of external appearance).
If changes need to be made to your reservation such as number of people or date change please notify us as soon as possible.
Drive ups are on a first come, first serve basis.

Stays less than 28 nights:
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.

Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, guest will be refunded half of your total stay.

Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.

Stays greater than 28 nights:

Please contact the office for cancellations or reservation adjustments.

All extended stay reservations cancelled will be subject to a $50
processing fee.
